Here you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions about the Lotomobil app and services.

    I forgot my PIN. How can I get a new one?

    If you have already set up your recovery information, click on “Forgot PIN” and follow the instructions. We will send you an email or SMS so you can reset your PIN.

    If you have not set up any recovery information, please contact Customer Support.

    Can I share my PIN with friends or family in case I forget it?

    No. You must never share your PIN with anyone.

    What should I do if I lose my phone?

    Call Lotomobil so we can suspend your account and prevent any unauthorized access.

    Then contact your mobile operator to recover your phone number. Once your number is recovered, call us again so we can reactivate your account.

    Can I transfer my account to another phone number, including my profile?

    No. Lotomobil does not allow accounts to be transferred to a new phone number.

    What is a recovery phone number?

    It is the phone number of a family member or close friend that we can use to help you reset your account if you forget your PIN or lose your phone.

    It is the email address we will use to help you reset your account if you forget your PIN or lose your phone.

    Can I use the app on any type of phone?

    No. The Lotomobil app works only on smartphones that run Android and have internet access. If your phone can use WhatsApp or Facebook, it can use the app.

    Can I play on a computer?

    Yes.

    Can I use this app with a Digicel or NatCom phone?

    Yes. The app works on any network.

    Do I need to be connected to the internet to use the app?

    You can browse the app without an internet connection, but you must be online to play.

    Can I use the app when I travel abroad?

    The app is not yet available outside Haiti.

    Can I use my account on another phone?

    Yes, but you will need to confirm access by entering an SMS code that is sent to your phone number.
